My Promise To You
There is everything explained legally below. No hidden crap or anything dubious. My business revolves around helping people with their music and create friendships with music artists that I help. All of this to say you needn’t worry: I don’t spam. I might email you from time to time with some helpful stuff, maybe even some free stuff, or contests/discounts, etc. Respectful all the way.

Payments and Deposits
A 50% deposit is to be paid before the start of the project. Deposits mark the start of the project in our books. This means that as soon as we receive a deposit, we book some time in our schedule for you, and close this availability for anyone else. This is why deposits are non-refundable, in any case of cancelation.
The remaining balance is to be paid after the end of the project, but before delivery of the final files to the artist.
Revisions
Our revision system is the following:
We use a platform called Mixup.Audio where we post our work, allowing you to stream the mix/master version, compare it to the rough mix/references or demo, and post time-based comments.
Secondly, we are always happy to provide a system to do online revision sessions together. I use a system called Audiomovers ListenTo, so you can stream the HD audio straight from my computer and provide a live feedback on the revisions.
We have a 30 days unlimited free revisions policy. After this, revisions will be performed at an additional hourly rate.
Opening Hours
The studio is officially open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm London time. Not answering outside of these hours cannot be condemned.
Services
Mixing and mastering processes are stages of the audio post-production process which involves subjectivity of the engineer. Therefore, the quality of work can only be judged subjectively. We put all our efforts into completing the best quality work possible on your artistic creation.
Intellectual Property and Sample Use
The artist assures that nothing included in the works handed to us contains any infringement to intellectual property, such as uncleared samples usage. If a complaint, or anything of the matter is issued against the studio, the client/artist will have to compensate the studio to the extent of the prejudice.
Keeping Your Files
We cannot guarantee keeping your files after 6 months after their creation as per confirming to laws, we are not enticed and obliged to do so. We might still conserve files, but we cannot be accused of wrongdoing by not keeping them.
